This website is a scam.

I topped up $100, and only received $71.99 in my account. That wasn't a big problem. Then I went to buy CCs (Card Checks), but after verifying the third card, my CC check function was disabled; all the cards were invalid.

Many of the accounts in this post are their own alternate accounts.
