Newbie Questions 201s on magstripe

I’ve tried countless times to fix ists in foundry and no matter what I can never hit, will 201s work with only mag stripe on atms if so do I have to 3 dip or could I use the cards the msr came with that doesn’t have a chip? Thank u for help am new to carding I can exchange knowledge about Mos and checks
