Activation email not received [tried 2 different domains]

I didn't received activation email to verify my account, I checked spam folder.

I also tried to changes the mail from protonmail to yahoo mail domain, but didn't received any activation email there either. Is this functionality working on your forum ? Or am I doing some mistake ?
