Newbie Questions Adwords need bin suggestions

Hi, is there a high balance bin suggestion for using google adwords?

I tried many thousand but it doesn't accept small balances or adwords.

you need bin in concordance with your ads google country registration...

If your ads account is registered in US you need US bin...and so on.

I've tried this many times before. But the result was unsuccessful. Any chance of giving more detailed information?
