Booking.com seriously, it’s up to the property how they take the payment... generally is very easy if the property takes the full payment in advance, just need valid cc, of course this is more risky too...but some only want the card number to guarantee reservation and then want you to pay physically

i can do payment to booking and they will pay the owner property.but all the time i get decline and cc are valid with balance.dont know what i do wrong
