Android pay which is now Google pay, Apple pay and Samsung pay works only with CVV and not dumps!
Only problem is card verification to be sure the card belongs to you and this is determined by the banks
So verification can be SMS to owners phone number, online verification, mobile app verification of request to call bank or email verified to the email address the bank has on customers file!

Mycard app which is formerly airpay app , uses only dumps not CVV but success rate here is low ( depends on specific working bins) and amounts are usually less than $100
But with this there is no verification to proof you own the card

Samsung pay has no limits and success rate is 100%
The only limit Samsung pay has the specific card limit, so you can do tap and pay $3000 on a store if the credit card or debit card has such limit
But you need to find those bins, no one will give you for free

Dude, claiming $3000 on an unverified tap is pretty crazy..
In my experience, most of the bins let you add them, but then they get shut down as soon as you start to use it, especially if you go over $100 in the first couple of days... most banks will flag a transaction like that even if it's done by the actual card holder.
Maybe you've had different experiences, but $3000 is by no means a regular occurrence with NFC payments.
I'm down to trade you some bins, but I can't see anyone with $1000 to burn on something that there are so many variables with....and you KNOW it's not just plug and play with that shit.
I've seen your post different places, which tells me you must not be hitting those thousand dollar sales.
