Newbie Questions Atm help?

So I am relatively new to this sort of things and I don't know much but I have seen people withdraw cash from an atm with stolen card information. I then went to try it out got everything I need such.

2x mr_emv software(I think it's outdated)

I did everything according to a video but it didn't work. So am asking for help in this community. If you interested where I am located(sweden)

Well it doesn't work because you can't clone the chip like the magnetic stripe and all the current emv softwares that are available on the "market" are not capable of doing so, your options are either to find a 101 atm, an offline atm and cashout from there, or just use 101 dumps in the first place.
