DNS and CHANGED IP address can be same?

I was carding Xoom.com they demand dns and ip must be same in order to pass the transaction do we can change dns so that it willl resemble ip address

disable anti virus dude , that's the reason thier is multi server dns u ask me what are u saying what is anti virus role on this i will tell u anti virus give u dns to scan sites before u entre them . and if it's not from anti virus try to use vpn witchout ip leaking .

when you try to card xoom it will ask you billinng address if you put original adress you fail but if you put whois ip lookup adress you bypass it
