- "Check & Refund" and "Recheck refund status" issue is fixed.
In rare event of server overload, If you see "500 | Server Error", when you click on "Check and Refund", just simply refresh and wait for few minutes. Once you refresh, you will be able to see "Check Refund Status" - just wait for few minutes, and press it. Your check result will be obtained.
If no response is obtained, wait for few more minutes, and click on "Check Refund Status". If still nothing happens, open a ticket with card number and we are happy to look into the matter.
-From 1st January 2024, support tickets efficiency will be increased.
