Is this somehow beneficial? For someone to have access to lots of credit card info? Who would you sell that to and how is the cost determined?

depends what resources you have, if you wanna cashout it's better running through a payment gateway.
If you wanna sell them price is determined by validity.
Cards with 90-100% validity can range from 8 to 10 per piece, more if u get resale deal

8-10 dollars per credit card? That's what a valid credit card is worth? If you get a hold of a legitimate credit card and want to sell it, is that the going rate?
