Newbie Questions How to use bins properly

You need to get a valid cc from that BIN first to use it, its not magic just generate any card and it will work, only bug bins work like that and are very rare to findI have tried to use bins on many platforms like onlyfans, play store , Spotify and Netflix but non work i use the help for a thread (how to use bins method). But it didn't work .So plz some one help i am a newbie
