anyone know the method of dropping loan funds onto prepaid cards..or at least where to apply

Most loan companies (if not all) now require bank account only, no prepaids. They can tell.

Agreed, only few prepaid cards allow deposits into them anyway

You can try applying to Money Mart loans, they deposit money into their own pre paid
