Virtual Carding Method for using same card more than once??

Method for using same card more than once? Seems liie after 1 purchase the card account is burned...id like to find a way to use the same one 1 time for a decent hotel charge, and then use it again online for some merchandise...
How to use it without it getting shut down after 1st purchase??
