Paypal + cookies question

Hello, because I haven't dealt with draining bills from PayPal.I have several inquiries.
When I buy PayPal with cookies from my country besides integrating cookies in my browser, should I do anything else?and should i use rdp or socks 5 when the account is in my country.
And when I buy PayPal + cookies for another country do i have to change the time, use rdp / socks5 or something else
I also want to know the difference between a verified account and a non-verified PayPal account

Yea you add the cookies to the browser I’m not sure if what location to use for socks 5 Unless you login and check the address then logout change IP log back in.

You should spoof everything.. to match the same fingerprint of the owner of the account.

So socks.. user agent, same hourly zone language ect
