promise you will pay them back or something along that line. For example, if
you are a male, call up PayPal and say you are trying to buy this ring off this

for 2 years and she is about to move in with you and how you think the time
is right. Promise to pay back and how you really need this ring because you
love her or some bullshit. You get the point, just be creative on the story and
paypal will put the transaction through. If you are getting the credit account
from Nebandit, the fullz he uses always have good credit scores, so make
sure you take advantage of that as well by telling paypal that you have a good
credit score and how you are extremely responsible and have always paid
