I know the right code that's not region block

Codes like 101, 201 ( those are region or not region block)
You need codes that are 100% not region block

For 101/201 it's dependent on the bank
That is why I said maybe none region or region

But there is a certain code that works 100% without region block!
Kids usually scream their ignorance but when asked to deposit escrow to see it's real, their broke begging ass gets jittery
