i was trying to add 50€ - 100€ in some acc, in one of this acc i add like 400 € and i buy some games for my others acc, the problem is that they refund this money and i lost all so i need to know how to keep this money or cash out this money for have it to spend in other things.

I will be grateful and I would give part of what I earned I don't care

Where can i buy and keep my money in there. Like... have a cc and cash out the money in somewhere, where can i cash out i have these money to spend.
