Newbie Questions tradelines on telegram or otp bots, also emv software

can someone please point in the right direction of either one of those if they even really exist at this point ive been scammed out of all funds i have had but just wondering at this point how dumb i was to believe some shit like that exists

is it seriously $200+ to get this emv software, cause like i said im now out of all funds and have the equipment but cant and am scared im gonna get scammed another 200 for this software when its free somewhere please help
