UK BIN's skipping vbv still since 3ds V2 come out?

Are UK any UK BIN's still skipping? Been on a break since it was released in September and i tried a couple of BIN's that usually skip back in September and well .. they didn't skip. Any pointers? Has the changes to 3ds also effected none vbv carding? i.e are they stricter on AVS being manipulated now? Just tried to get prime on amazon and it spazed .

Any pointers welcome.

i have method one uk bank u can bypass vbv all cc that bank any amuont , not very much cc on sale that bank but possible find on cc shops
