I have problems with payment with usa cc in non us merchant(the country is not exactly known). Setting notify, hold removal - not helps. Bank af department always ask for sms verification. Looking for any info how avoid it.

That is because of their site merchant policy , but there is 2 types can you maybe pust a screen shot of the full say , might have solution
