All AMEX Centurion cards (black card) will allow you to do that. Whether or not the transaction goes through, however, depends on whether the merchant is high risk or low risk. Lookup bins for Centurion (I can't remember off the top of my head) and give it a shot. It is your best bet.

I'm new to this...I kinda pick good bins but I take more Loses then gain. If anyone has any tips on what to look for or how to pick a good bin please reply or send a PM. So far foreign 201 pieces have been my go to but not much luck lately
