BoA open up got locked

I have an open up that got locked out for BOA anyone know what questions they ask when you call to unlock it?

When you first opened account did u make a deposit? I know some banks close account of you don’t put any cash in it within the first week of opening the account.

Ive been having the same problem. I make $50 deposit and they still close my account. And its multiple banks.
