Non AVS Bin are banks which does not do/ trigger address verification. Thus it allows us to do "billing address = Shipping address".
NON AVS BINS VISA:

It is best to look for 2d sites (sites without 3D secure = vbv, msc, safe-key). Those 2d sites are easily cardable. You can find some of them on this forum.
