How do you know a card holders ip address to enter into an RDP?

You can't just "enter" into RDP by knowing card holders IP. RDP service should be running on card holders computer and you need to know login&pass for that. If you have card holders IP the thing you can do is to get SOCKS or RDP as close to card holder as possible (same ISP).
